Located in Northeast D.C., Big Sky Flats is part of a major push spearheaded by the city to create 36,000 new housing units in the city by the end of 2025. This apartment complex is the first in a series of planned developments that will bring hundreds of new housing units to the city, along with mixed-use retail, entertainment, and dining options.

The Junior One Bedrooms at Big Sky Flats feature the Ori Pocket Office, which is truly a game-changer. As soon as you walk in, you'll notice the natural sunlight coming in from the windows, a coat closet on the right, and a bathroom with beautiful finishes on the left. The unit also comes with a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and plenty of storage space in the kitchen.

The bedroom alcove features a queen-sized bed, a nice big closet and plenty of privacy despite not being an "official" separate bedroom.
