The tower design resulted in tricky micro units tucked into knuckles of the building corners. These units were restricted in their livability and lacked closet space, thus creating an underwriting headache for the development team
The Ori Design Team partnered with the Architect to create a unique layout leveraging Ori’s Cloud Bed and Pocket Closet products, therein solving two problems at the same time: adding livability and storage, without additional sqft.
Ori units were the most in-demand — the only units in the building to not require concessions, leasing at a pace 3 months faster than the rest of the building. The Ori units yielded +50% $/sqft over the next highest $/sqft units in the building.
